I work with a wide range of publications, and can contribute features, essays, trend pieces, service articles, web content, and more. My specialties include profiles, travel, education, history and health. DEVELOPMENTAL EDITING & COACHING

I also work with individuals one-to-one on their essays and travel stories, offering line editing, structural guidance, and (typically for travel) alternate story angle advice, as well as submission suggestions for publications that might be a good fit. I’m happy to work with you via Zoom video conference, or in-person for those in the Washington, DC region.
